Armen Kolyaevich Saakyan is a Candidate of Economic Sciences, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, and Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Arts of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.

Courses taught: Economic Sociology, Sociology of Tourism, Sociology of Management, Fundamentals of Marketing, Ethics and Psychology of Economic Relations, Social Marketing.

Areas of academic interest: Sociology of Art, Economic Sociology, Human Resource Management, Ethnocultural Studies, and National-Cultural Determinants of Work Behavior.

Author of over 200 scholarly works and publications.
